
Victoria is a writer and artist, with some twenty years experience in the television industry in the field of documentary, mostly natural history and science.

Her science background includes a BSc (Hons) in Engineering, and she taught mathematics to ‘A’ level, with physics and computer science for twelve years before entering the industry full time.
Alongside her television work, she then completed HNC and HND in Fine Art and a MA in Art, Media and Design (Fine Art), maintaining her fine art practice.
She is an experienced script writer with more than twenty credits as series writer or writer, and has run successful development teams, responsible for developing and writing proposals as well as drawing up storyboards for new project ideas.
She is now co-owner of Hooded Crow Pictures, enabling her to operate in a freelance capacity in the fields of development and script writing as well as maintaining her art practice.
She is a published author of books on popular science and local history and experienced copy writer and copy editor.
Her history of Bristol, 'Lost Bristol' is re-published in paperback in October 2016.
As an artist, she is a painter, exploring the natural world, including wildlife, and portraiture. She has recently become involved in equestrian art, through her work drawing and painting the Avon and Somerset Police Mounted Division in Bristol, UK.
She is also experienced in storyboarding and in generating artwork for television documentary.
Her interests include a love of sci-fi, good wine, and a newly discovered passion for dinosaurs..
